Wellbeing means different things to different people. Whether you are looking for a new direction in life, feel under pressure, struggle in a relationship, or struggle to find words to talk about what you are going through, I am glad that you found your way here. I know that seeking professional help can sometimes feel daunting. Making the choice to seek help is brave and an important step forward.

If you feel you are in a difficult place and would like to talk to someone, I am here to listen and help you find the answers within yourself at a pace that feels comfortable to you. It is good to talk about what is troubling us no matter how big or small this may be. If you are new to counselling, remember there is always a first time.

I believe that we all have an innate capacity for growth. Like flowers humans need certain conditions to flourish. I can offer a therapeutic space while you are trying to make changes in your life.
